About Debbie

She is one of Northern Virginia’s premier real estate professionals, specializing in equestrian, luxury, and country properties in Loudoun County, a picturesque area with a history steeped in equestrian sport from fox hunting to trail riding, dressage, eventing, and show hunters. Debbie's developed a reputation for hard work and is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get down in the trenches, sometimes literally, down in septic trenches with soil scientists and engineers. From land acquisition and development to paddock layout and occupancy permits, Debbie is intimately aware of the process of planning, designing, and building. As both the builder and project manager in her own venture, a 10-acre horse farm she shares with her husband in Leesburg, Debbie added to her portfolio a network of investors, developers, builders, and politicians. She draws from a vast list of professional contractors and service providers ready to respond to clients’ unique needs.

 

Oftentimes, getting the offer is the easy part! Debbie’s finely honed negotiation skills navigate clients through the home inspection, home sale contingencies, and any myriad of questions, concerns, and/or hurdles that present. Her mission is to connect qualified buyers and motivated sellers to cement the best real estate transaction deals where both sides come together for a common goal and everyone feels like they have walked away a winner.

 

Debbie’s arsenal is a merger of lifelong personal and professional relationships, experiences, and pursuits. She holds a BA in English literature from the University of Connecticut. As an undergrad, she studied in Essex, England, immersing herself in both the diverse European culture and architecture as well as a member of the Equestrian Club. Her ties to the equestrian community in Northern Virginia via breeding and showing successful pony hunters and participating in horse shows from Ocala, Florida, all the way to the Northeast have provided Debbie with an extensive network of equine enthusiasts and professionals.

 

When she’s not exercising her real estate prowess with clients, Debbie can be found riding her off-the-track Thoroughbred (OTTB), Grayson.
